ARTESANA RETURN POLICY

 

If you have a question about any of our products, please send us a quick note before we dispatch the ordered item.

 

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to recipient address. 

 

Returned product must be unused, be in the original packaging with all tags still intact.  Unused product may be returned to Artesana at your own cost.  Following our inspection to ensure article remains in new condition, we will refund purchase cost by the same method as purchased (shipping costs are non-refundable).

 

Returned items must be sent within 14 days of delivery.
